Greener House Party Everyone is invited to join our Earth Day Evening party and virtual tour of the innovative "Greener House" at 130 Selby Lane, in Atherton. Join us on Monday, April 21st, 2008 from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm (general public) for a special open home reception and presentation about the amazing innovations designed for this house by the owner. (The presentation and demos will be open from 2:30 to 4:30 for Architects and Contractors only.) Come see the amazing green features being built into the walls and floors of this home that provide simple energy efficiencies that are both practical and cost effective! Building innovations include:

• Sufficient cooling so that air conditioning is not needed for either the house or wine cellar
• Use of solar heat to meet almost all domestic hot water needs and spring/fall heating needs
• Use of reclaimed shower drain heat to warm the cold water and save 25% hot water draw
  
• Minimal or no required generator for sumps and critical loads
  
• Shower greywater reclamation
