Local Residents This page is the source for all the forms and information that you need to participate as a local resident or homeowner in the GreenSTART program.

Resident Participation Registration Form (.pdf): For all residents or homeowners wishing to participate in GreenSTART. Minimum Requirements: 1) Print out this Form and Complete Part I and Part V on page one; and 2) Sign and return page one of the form with your GreenSTART Fund Contribution to the EPC as directed below (15-30 minutes).

For Maximum Efficiency Results: Spend some time reviewing Parts II, III and IV with your spouse and children, prior to completing Part V. We help you guage your family's overall environmental efficiency and assess how well you are doing relative to your neighbors in this area. During this process, we ask you to review the Environmental Efficiency Ideas that we have posted on this web site. These are designed to be a launching point for your further learning and exploration. We recommend a wide variety of efficiency measures, from big to small. Please spend some time reading these through on our web site and taking steps to both re-think how you do some things and perhaps implementing some additional changes in your home. You could spend a lot of time learning and thinking about how you do things and ways that you can make changes in your life—quite productively! We know your time is valuable but everything that you do can save you money over time as well as being much better for the environment. We thank you for all the time that you devote to this exercise! (Optional, but we recommend 2-3 hours now and more over time!)

Process for Submission of Forms: Forms may be delivered in person to the front desk of the Permit Office, mailed, faxed or scanned and emailed for delivery to the EPC. Submissions must be received by 5:00 of the due date.
