Requirements to complete form:
- Have a great project idea (you can check out our "Project Ideas" link, to get some other ideas, as well. Contact us for referral on town projects that can use support as well!)
- Have a team of students to work with you (minimum of two students are needed per project but we recommend you recruit as many as you can to help);
- Have an adult project sponsor who will give you the help you need (could be a teacher, an advisor, a parent, or any other adult you think can help you) and who will sign off on your submission forms.

Please make a copy of this completed form available with your project display at the Fair, for review by the public!
